This page contains questions - and answers - to help you with your Glass Whiteboard decisions. Positioning, size, care and maintenance, are all important items. Hopefully the information below will help make your life that little bit easier.
Question 1.
How do I install my Glass Whiteboard?
Answer 1.
Firstly, decide exactly where you want your Glass Whiteboard to go. Consider what height is going to be most convenient, how it will reflect the light, how visible it will be for where you need to read anything written on it, and so on. It is worth some discussion, as once the Glass Whiteboard is up, it is probably going to stay in place for some time.

What are your payment options?
Answer 2.
At SilverScreen Glass Whiteboards we offer secure online payment through Paymate, an Australian company which handles secure credit card payment processing. Note, you do not need an account with Paymate to complete your online payments.
We also offer the option to use PayPal for customers who have a PayPal account they would like to use for payments.
In addition, we offer offline payment methods. Pay by cheque, money order or by direct deposit into our bank account.
Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

How do I clean my glass whiteboard?
Answer 3.
Glass should be cleaned using only cleaning materials which are free of grit and debris (to avoid scratching and marking of the glass surface).
Only detergents and cleaning solutions which are recommended for cleaning glass should be used. Mild detergents are preferable.

In general use, whiteboard markers wipe off with a cloth, even after a long time being on the board - without any staining. Permanent markers will not stain either - but removal will require the use of methylated spirits.

Question 5.
I selected the logo on the design page which closest matches my own logo, but it shows up far too large on the 'design board'. How do I change this?
Answer 5.
To resize the template logo, simply double-click the logo once you have dragged it onto the 'design board'. A yellow square will appear in the bottom-right cornerof the logo, which allows you to drag and resize it to the size you require.

I cannot find the board size I want on the site.
