Terms & Conditions
1. Each Glass Whiteboard is created specifically for each order, to accommodate different colour and logo options.
2. An initial deposit of 30% on each order is required before we can commence this process.
3. Glass Whiteboards will generally not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
4. Typical turnaround on Glass Whiteboards is between 2 to 3 weeks, slightly longer for Whiteboards with logos.
5. All orders are appropriately packaged to stop any damage in transit, and are couriered by hand to the delivery destination.
6. Orders for multiple Glass Whiteboards will arrive in separate packages.
7. All fittings are 316 grade stainless steel. Fittings are supplied with each order.
8. Glass is predrilled and tempered 6mm float glass, and naturally has a very slight green tint. This may slightly affect the final colour.
9. Edges are ground and polished, and corners rounded to a 5mm radius.
10. Both types of wall fixing will be supplied - or as per the purchasor's requirements - with each order. (Both for cavity wall or masonry installation). Extras can be obtained by ordering through the website.
11. No responsibility is taken for incorrect installation procedures, although every effort is made to ensure that these procedures are clearly
explained, both on the website, and in documentation supplied with every order. This also applies to damage to the colour surface on the back of the Glass Whiteboard,
which continues to cure for a period of time after application.
12. Installation should be carried out by a competent person, with the larger Whiteboards usually requiring 2 people to ensure
correct positioning, and to easily lift the Glass Whiteboard into position on the fittings.
13. It is possible to use 'indelible' markers on the Glass Whiteboards, which can be removed with a soft cloth and
window cleaner or methylated spirits. Standard whiteboard markers will generally wipe off with a soft cloth.
14. The Glass Whiteboards also benefit from a periodic clean with a window cleaning product - like any other glass panel.Click here for more Cleaning and Maintenance details.
15. The colour coating on the back of the whiteboard cures harder over a period of time, but initially care should be taken to avoid
scratching this surface, especially on installation.
16. Repairs can be made by us to this surface should it be necessary, but the Glass Whiteboard will need to be returned to the
Factory at the purchasor's expense, and return freight to the purchasor pre-paid.
17. Any repair will be quoted on arrival of the damaged Whiteboard.
18. The Glass Whiteboard should be inspected on arrival for any damage that may have occured in transit. If a Glass Whiteboard arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately and we will take steps to repair or replace the
Whiteboard. The damaged Whiteboard will need to be repackaged for pickup by our couriers. We will repair or replace the Whiteboard at our discretion. No further freight charges will be incurred by the purchasor to replace any Whiteboard that arrives in a damaged condition.
19. Damage that is notified after 24 hours of arrival, or that can be demonstrated to have occured during installation, will not be covered by this undertaking.
20. As each purchase is effectively a custom order, there are no refunds on incorrect Glass Whiteboard orders.
